140.01 PERPETUATION OF ORIGINAL AGREEMENT.

   The Mayfield Area Recreation Council is hereby authorized and directed to prepare and submit to the Council of each member municipality and the Board of Education an agreement designed to supersede the agreement known as Exhibit "A" in Ordinance 18-1972. Such agreement shall perpetuate the intent and objectives of the original agreement known as Exhibit "A" with the express understanding that each member municipality may determine the method and/or procedures to be followed in designating its representatives. Such agreement shall be submitted to the Council of each member municipality and the Mayfield Board of Education for their approval or rejection thereof. (Ord. 24-1976. Passed 9-28-76.)
