135.02 MASTER PLAN.

   (a)   The Mayor and Council of the City of Highland Heights, hereby adopts the Master Plan 1996 with certain amendments enumerated in subsection (c) hereof to be used as a guide to future planning and development of the City. It is understood that by adopting the Master Plan 1996 the Council does not sustain the Plan in all of its detail.

   (b)   The Council may amend any part of this Plan at any time by a majority vote. Furthermore, this Master Plan shall be reviewed annually on a rolling five-year schedule pursuant to Section 6.07 of the Charter.

   (c)   The Mayor and Council approve the Master Plan with the following amendments: Focus Areas F and G shall be eliminated from the Plan. This shall include the elimination of pages 5.9, 5.10, 5.11, the top of 5.12, 6.4, 6.5, 6.6 and 7.5. The entire contents of Appendix E shall be eliminated and replaced by recommendations made by the Master Plan and Capital Improvement Plan Committee.
