133.02 WORK WEEK.

   (a)   Fire Chief. The hours of employment for the full-time Fire Chief are hereby determined to be forty hours per week, the day-to-day hours to be determined by the Mayor.

   (b)   Firemen. The office of full-time firemen shall be based on fifty-six hour weekly schedule consisting of rotating hours with a twenty-four hour work shift and forty-eight hours off.

   (c)   Schedule. The Fire Chief may schedule the appropriate firefighters to work a forty hour work schedule if necessary. (Ord. 1-1998. Passed 1-27-98.)
