127.01 SERVICE DIRECTOR; APPOINTMENT, TERM AND WORK WEEK.

(a) The Service Director shall be appointed by the Mayor, subject to confirmation by a majority vote of the members of Council, and he shall serve at the Mayor's pleasure.

(b) The position of Service Director shall be a full-time office and he shall work a forty-hour work week. (Ord. 56-1966. Passed 12-13-66.)
