123.16 DRUG LAW ENFORCEMENT FUND.

(a) A Drug Law Enforcement Fund is hereby created pursuant to Ohio R.C. 2925.03. There shall be deposited into this Fund all drug offense fines and bond forfeitures from drug related offenses in which the Police Department was primarily responsible for the arrest and conviction of the offender.

(b) Money deposited in the Drug Law Enforcement Fund shall be disbursed and used only to subsidize the City's drug law enforcement efforts.
