123.15 BISHOP ROAD FUND.

   (a)    The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to establish a special fund, to be known as the "Bishop Road Fund".

    (b)    The proceeds of the Note issued in anticipated collection of special assessments for construction of the improvements on Bishop Road shall be credited to the Fund established herein.

   (c)    The Director of Finance shall keep an accurate accounting of all money deposited in the Bishop Road Fund and report to Council, from time-to-time as requested, as to the status of the Fund. (Res. 1-1987. Passed 1-6-87.)
