123.103 PETTY CASH FUND - FIRE DEPARTMENT.

   (a)   In accordance with all requirements imposed by the State of Ohio, the Petty Cash Fund - Fire Department of the Municipality is hereby created in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100.00) to be disbursed, accounted for and replaced in accordance with all applicable provisions of Ohio law.

   (b)   The Petty Cash Fund - Fire Department shall be administered by the Chief of Fire.

   (c)   The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to disburse from the General Fund to the Petty Cash Fund - Fire Department the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) and is further authorized and directed to replenish such Petty Cash Fund - Fire Department as expenditures are made.
