123.102 PETTY CASH FUND - BUILDING DEPARTMENT.

(a) In accordance with all requirements imposed by the State of Ohio, the Petty Cash Fund - Building Department of the Municipality is hereby created in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100.00) to be disbursed, accounted for and replaced in accordance with all applicable provisions of Ohio law.

(b) The Petty Cash Fund - Building Department shall be administered by the Building Commissioner.

(c) The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to disburse from the General Fund to the Petty Cash Fund - Building Department the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) and is further authorized and directed to replenish such Petty Cash Fund - Building Department as expenditures are made.
