123.101 PETTY CASH FUND - POLICE DEPARTMENT.

(a) In accordance with all requirements imposed by the State of Ohio, the Petty Cash Fund - Police Department of the Municipality is hereby created in the amount of two hundred dollars ($200.00) to be disbursed, accounted for and replaced in accordance with all applicable provisions of Ohio law.

(b) The Petty Cash Fund - Police Department shall be administered by the Chief of Police.

(c) The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to disburse from the General Fund to the Petty Cash Fund - Police Department the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00) and is further authorized and directed to replenish such Petty Cash Fund - Police Department as expenditures are made.
