123.10 PETTY CASH FUND.

(a) In accordance with all requirements by the State of Ohio, the Petty Cash Fund of the Municipality is hereby increased to three hundred dollars ($300.00) to be disbursed, accounted for and replaced in accordance with all applicable provisions of Ohio Law.

(b) The Petty Cash Fund shall be administered by the administrative department of the Municipality but shall be for the use of all departments in the City.

(c) The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to disburse from the General Fund to the Petty Cash Fund the sum of fifty dollars ($50.00) to reflect the increase authorized by this section and is further authorized and directed to replenish such Petty Cash Fund as expenditures are made.
