123.08 MUNICIPAL CENTER FUND.

(a) The Director of Finance is hereby directed to establish a fund to be known as the Municipal Center Fund, the proceeds of which shall be used for the construction of a Municipal Center.

(b) The Director shall place in the Municipal Center Fund a sum equal to six percent (6%) of the proceeds of the Municipal Income Tax which is collected by the City. (Ord. 29-1976. Passed 6-15-76.)
