123.06 FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING TRUST FUND.

   (a)    The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to create a separate financial fund in the City of Highland Heights to be known as the Federal Revenue Sharing Trust Fund to receive all Federal Revenue Sharing money as may be allocated to the City of Highland Heights in the future.

   (b)    All money received by the City directly from the Federal government, or from the State or County, and designated as Federal Revenue Sharing money, shall be deposited into the Fund created by subsection (a) hereof, and shall be spent in accordance with the wishes of Council.

   (c)    The Director of Finance shall keep an accurate accounting of all money deposited in the Federal Revenue Sharing Trust Fund, and report to Council, from time to time as requested, as to the status of the Fund. (Ord. 48-1972. Passed 11-28-72.)
