123.02 TAX ADMINISTRATOR; APPOINTMENT, DUTIES AND BOND.
   (a)    The Mayor shall appoint an Administrator to administer the provisions of Chapter 111 (Ordinance 61-1966, passed December 27, 1966, the Income Tax Ordinance of the Municipality), subject to the confirmation by a majority of the members of Council. The Administrator shall be responsible to the Mayor in the administration of his duties as Administrator.
   (b)    The Administrator shall be required to provide a surety bond in an amount fixed by Council, the premium for which shall be paid by the City.

   (c)    The Director of Finance shall also serve as Tax Administrator and shall receive such compensation for acting in such dual capacity as may be fixed by Council.
