117.05 SALE COSTS OF CODIFIED ORDINANCES.

(a) Copies of the Codified Ordinances of the City, and individual codes thereof shall be made available for sale to the public at the following prices:

Codified Ordinances of Highland Heights (Complete)	$ 120.00
General Offenses Code (Part Five)	30.00
Planning and Zoning Code (Part Eleven)	30.00
All other Parts	20.00

(b) The moneys paid to the City for the sale of the Codified Ordinances shall be deposited in the General Fund.
