105.01 DIVISION INTO FOUR WARDS.

   (a)   The Municipality of Highland Heights is divided into four wards for Municipal election purposes on the basis as is provided in this chapter.

   (b)   It is hereby determined that the establishment of the wards as set forth herein has been determined on the basis of nearly equal population in such wards in contiguous and compact territory as nearly quadrangular as possible as mandated in the Charter.
