103.03 VETERANS PEACE MEMORIAL.

In accordance to the wishes of Weert Ley and Vincent Varanese, the Mayor and Council find that the name of the Veterans’ Peace Memorial on the site of the Highland Heights Municipal Complex shall remain unchanged in perpetuity. There shall be no engravings, name placards, or any other additions attached to said Veterans’ Peace Memorial.
