SECTION 7.02 DEFINITION OF ELECTOR.

The term "qualified elector" or "registered elector" as used throughout this Charter shall be construed to mean an elector who is a duly registered voter of Highland Heights and whose name is on the current registration list of the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections.
