SECTION 3.04 REMOVAL.

Wherever, in this Charter, or in the ordinances of the City of Highland Heights, a position is created, the person holding such position shall be subject to removal at the pleasure of the appointing authority, without the necessity of confirmation by any other person or body, unless a specific procedure for removal is specified in this Charter or in the ordinance creating the position. (Enacted 11-4-80)
