1342.01 PERMITTED BUILDINGS, STRUCTURE AND USES.

A family or group home for the developmentally disabled is a permissible use in a residential district, provided that all the requirements set forth in this chapter are met. There shall not be more than two (2) group homes in any ward of the City. Adult group homes shall only be permitted as a conditional use in the residential zoning district.
