732.03 SCOPE OF CHAPTER.

Any Mobile Food Unit as defined by the Ohio Fire Code shall submit an application and obtain either an Annual Vendor Permit or a Special Event Permit from the Highland Heights Fire Department prior to operating in Highland Heights. A Mobile Food Unit may not operate on public property, including the right-of-way, unless it has passed a Fire Department inspection. (Ord. 14-2021. Passed 4-27-21.)
