128.01 CREATED; DIRECTOR.

(a) The Department of Public Safety is hereby created. The Mayor shall serve as Director of Public Safety and have all the powers and authority over the Police, Fire, Service, and Building Departments.

(b) The Mayor shall receive such salary and compensation as the Council determines on a yearly basis. (Ord. 20-2020. Passed 7-28-20.)
