1341.05 FEES.

   The housing license fees shall be as follows:

   (a)   One hundred dollars ($100.00) annually for all rental dwelling units in all U-1 and residential/ recreation zoning classifications, paid annually to the Building Commissioner by January 1 of each year.

   (b)   A late fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) shall be assessed if the housing license fee is not received by the Building Commissioner by 5:00 p.m. on the first day of February. If the first day of February falls on a weekend, the housing license fee must be received by the Building Commissioner no later than 5:00 p.m. on the third day of February.

   (c)   Should revocation of a housing license occur as set forth in Section 1341.08, there will be a two hundred-dollar ($200.00) reinstatement fee, to be paid within five business days from the date identified on the notice of revocation. The reinstatement fee shall be paid to the Building Commissioner.
