922.07 WAIVERS AND APPEAL.

   (a)   Any applicant who is denied a permit for activities specified or denied request for waiver of a rule may within seven (7) calendar days of the date of such determination, file a written appeal from such determination with the Mayor and shall have ten (10) calendar days from the date on which the appeal was received in which to notify applicant that he has affirmed, modified, or reversed the denial of the permit.
