922.03 PERMIT REQUIREMENTS.

   (a)   General: A permit shall be required for any outdoor activity anticipating attendance of two hundred (200) or more persons that includes but not limited to the following:

      (1)   Engage in an outdoor activity that is intended to involve, is reasonably likely to involve, or actually involves, as participants and/or spectators, at any one time.

      (2)   Engage in an activity which seeks to exclude, or to have the right to exclude, any member of the public from the activity or from City Property including but not limited to the exclusive use of any shelter or property;

      (3)   Engage in an outdoor activity which requires, or is reasonably likely to require, City services additional to those already provided to the public as a matter of course in on any City Property, including but not limited to: increased police or fire protection, maintenance personnel, utilities, such as gas, electricity or sewer;

      (4)   Conduct any exhibit, music or performance, fair, circus, concert, play, radio or television broadcast, exhibit or display any motion picture, light or laser light display, or similar event;

      (5)   Use, display, fire discharge, or set off any rocket, cracker, or other fireworks, or any substance of any explosive or pyrotechnic nature on any City Property;

      (6)   Place any temporary or permanent structure, including but not limited to any stage, fence, building, tent, canopy, stand, bandstand, stage, tower, scaffold, sound stage, platform, or other structure on City Property unless designated by the Mayor;

      (7)   The sale or offering for sale any goods or services, including any monetary exchange between individuals for activities conducted on City Property; (Ord. 7-2018. Passed 3-13-18.)
