165.05 PROHIBITION OF CONFLICT.

No member of this Committee shall have a financial interest, direct or indirect, or by reason of employment, or ownership of stock in any corporation (except as permitted by the laws of Ohio), in any matter pending before the Committee. In the event that such a conflict arises, the affected member shall disclose such conflict to the members and abstain from discussion and voting on the issue or matter in which he/she has such interest. The affected member shall not be required to resign from the committee as a member.
