919.03 PERMIT REQUIRED.

   No person, firm or corporation shall conduct tree trimming or removal services in the City without first registering as a contractor and securing a permit from the Building Department. Each applicant shall pay the sum of ten dollars ($10.00) for each permit which shall remain in effect for the calendar year of January 1 to December 31 of each year.
