729.02 PERMIT APPLICATION, FEE AND TERM.

   Prior to the issuance of each permit, the applicant shall furnish the make, model and serial number of any vehicle to be used and the name, address and telephone number of the owner(s) and operator(s) of such vehicle. Each applicant shall pay the sum of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each permit. Each permit shall remain in effect for the calendar year of January 1 to December 31 of each year.
