729.01 PERMIT REQUIRED.

No person, firm or corporation shall conduct landscaping services in the City by means of commercial vehicles or machines without first securing a permit from the Police Department for such purpose and attaching a sticker evidencing the issuance of such permit to the windshield of such vehicle or machine.
