121.04 AMENITIES TO CITY EMPLOYEES AND VISITORS.

The Mayor is hereby authorized to approve the expenditure of public funds in an amount not to exceed one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500.00) per year for the purpose of providing certain amenities such as, but not limited to, coffee, tea, bottled water and condiments, for the employees and visitors of the City of Highland Heights, Ohio.
