Base Fee - $10.00
(a)    For each permit for new work for residential       plumbing systems	$ 200.00 plus 5.00 per                             100 sq. ft.
(1)    For each permit for new work                         for residential additions and                         alterations	100.00 plus                            5.00 per 100 sq. ft.
(b)    For each permit for new work for       commercial or industrial plumbing systems	300.00 plus                            5.00 per 100 sq. ft.
(c)    For each permit for the replacement       of hot water tank	50.00 Residential
	100.00 Commercial
