123.20 GENERAL RESERVE FUND.

(a) Under Ohio R.C. 5705.12, and subject to the approval of the Bureau of Inspection and Supervision of Public Offices of the State of Ohio, the General Reserve Fund, formerly known as the Contingent Reserve Fund (102), is hereby established.

(b) The Director of Finance is hereby instructed to forward a certified copy of this section to Bureau of Inspection and Supervision of Public Offices of the State of Ohio for approval of same.
