933.18 MUNICIPALITY’S RIGHT TO PURCHASE OR CONDEMN.

The right of the Municipality to construct, purchase, or condemn any public works or ways, and the rights of the Permittee in connection therewith, as provided by the Ohio Constitution and statutes are hereby expressly reserved.
