933.01 PERMIT REQUIRED.

All persons wishing to erect, install, and/or reconstruct, a system within the Municipality for the purpose of delivering telecommunications services and/or other utilities to residents, businesses or other premises within the Municipality shall be required to obtain a telecommunications and utility right-of-way permit from the Building Commissioner, or his designee, of the Municipality in the form and under the requirements presented under Section 933.02 of this Chapter. The fee for said Permit shall be as stated at Subsection 933.04(c) of the Permit form presented under Section 933.02 of this Chapter.
