123.19 ABERDEEN BUSINESS PARK FUND.

(a) Under Ohio R.C. 5705.12, and subject to the approval of the Bureau of Inspection and Supervision of Public Offices of the State of Ohio, the Aberdeen Business Park Fund, formerly known as the Delta Park Fund (402), is hereby established.

(b) The Director of Finance is hereby instructed to forward a certified copy of this section to the Bureau of Inspection and Supervision of Public Offices of the State of Ohio for approval of same.
