733.24 PENALTY.

Any person, firm or corporation who violates or fails to comply with, any provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500.00). Each day's violation of any provision of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense. The Law Director is further authorized to seek injunctive relief against any violation of this Chapter or of any amendment hereto in a proper court of law.
