733.23 TIME OF DRILLING.

Drilling a well within the City shall only be permitted between November 15 and March 15. Any drilling of oil or gas wells after March 15 and before November 15 is prohibited unless all property owners who have received notification of such proposed drilling pursuant to Highland Heights Code Section 733.11(a)(2)C.5., hereof who are located adjacent to, or within a 1000 foot radius of the proposed location for the wellhead and tanks agree, in writing, to such drilling.
