733.19 SURETY BOND REQUIREMENT.

The applicant for a permit shall be required to post a surety bond or cash in lieu of bond in the bond in the amount of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00) to assure compliance with the conditions specified by the Commission and Council and to insure the faithful performance of all of the laws, rules and regulations of the City. It shall be approved by the Law Director. (Ord. 16-2000. Passed 9-26-00.)
