733.12 PUBLIC NOTICE AND HEARING BY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION.

The City Planning and Zoning Commission shall hold a public hearing on each application for a permit. Before holding this hearing, the Commission shall give public notice at least ten days before the date of such hearing.
