733.05 PLOT PLAN REQUIRED TO PLUG AN OIL OR GAS WELL.

Every person who makes an application for a permit to plug a gas or oil well shall submit a plot plan by a licensed surveyor, showing thereon the exact location of the well to be plugged. Such plan shall remain on file with the Building Commissioner, with a copy to be filed with the Fire Chief. (Ord. 16-2000. Passed 9-26-00.)
