1513.02 SETTING FIRE TO OWN LAND.

No person shall intentionally or negligently set fire to or cause fire to be set to any substance in the City, on land owned or lawfully occupied by himself and within fifty feet of any building or structure. (Ord. 432-1954. Passed 4-12-54.)
