   1501.99 PENALTY.
   (a)   Whoever violates Section 1501.05(a) is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree.
   (b)   Whoever violates any other provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree.
   (c)   Each day during which a violation continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
