1501.22 PORTABLE FIRE EXTINGUISHER INSPECTIONS.

(b) All inspections, certifications, tests and other required maintenance of all portable fire extinguishers, devices and systems shall be performed only by State of Ohio certified service companies using the methods and requirements of the applicable fire codes.

(c) A tag bearing the name of the company, date, and serviceman’s initials shall be placed on the extinguisher upon completion of the tests and inspection.
