1325.38 ABANDONED GASOLINE STATION DECLARED A NUISANCE.

   Whenever any gasoline service station becomes abandoned, such station shall be presumed to be a nuisance affecting or endangering surrounding property values and to be detrimental to the public health, safety, convenience, comfort, property or general welfare of the City and shall be abated. "Abandoned" is defined herein as a failure to operate any gasoline service station for at least three consecutive months. (Ord. 21-1980. Passed 5-13-80.)
