1325.30 MAINTENANCE OF PLUMBING.

(a) All plumbing fixtures and piping connected thereto in existing buildings, secondary and appurtenant structures shall be maintained in good condition to provide the necessary plumbing and sanitary facilities required.

(b) All plumbing fixtures shall be so designed and installed as to prevent contamination of the water supply system and shall be connected by means of a proper enclosed system to a public sanitary sewer. (Ord. 21-1980. Passed 5-13-80.)
