1325.26 MAINTENANCE OF ROOFS, GUTTERS AND DOWNSPOUTS.

All roofs of every structure shall be maintained weathertight and shall be equipped with gutters and downspouts maintained in good repair and connected to a public storm sewer or to an approved retention system. (Ord. 21-1980. Passed 5-13-80. )
