1325.18 CERTIFICATE OF BUSINESS OCCUPANCY REQUIRED.

   On and after the effective date of this section, no person shall occupy any structure used or designed, or intended to be used as a commercial, institutional, etc., building, structure or premises, or any part thereof, unless such person holds a certificate of business occupancy issued by the Building Commissioner for such structure, which certificate has not expired, been revoked or otherwise become null and void.
