1325.07 INSPECTIONS AUTHORIZED.

The Building Commissioner or his authorized agent is authorized to make or cause to be made inspections of all structures or premises included in the scope of this Business Maintenance Code and all secondary or appurtenant structures to determine whether such structures or premises conform to the provisions of this Code. (Ord. 21-1980. Passed 5-13-80.)
