1323.01 TEMPORARY DRIVEWAYS.

Upon the commencement of construction of any new dwelling in the Municipality and prior to the delivery of any construction materials or the placing of concrete footers on any job site, a slag, limestone, or other suitable material shall be installed and maintained as a temporary access drive during construction. Such slag, limestone or other suitable material shall be at least six inches thick and ten feet wide.
