1321.05 RIGHT TO APPEAL.

The owner, agent or person in control shall have the right to appeal from the decision of the Building Commissioner, as provided hereinafter, and to appear before the Planning and Zoning Commission at a specified time and place to show cause why he should not comply with the notice. (Ord. 51-1966. Passed 12-13-66.)
