1313.04 TIME AND FEE.

The certificate of registration shall be valid for the calendar year in which issued and shall be renewed annually thereafter. A fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for sub-contractors and two hundred dollars ($200.00) for general contractors shall be paid at the time of original issuance and at each renewal thereafter.
